I teach a consistent Yoga practice that trains the body and the mind to move and work together coherently and efficiently. Once the body begins to be used in a way that is natural, the physical pressures and stresses of life become easier to let roll off your back. When we focus on our breathe, we can find clarity and focus. We all have a monkey mind that jumps from thought to thought, staying focused tends to be more challenging. Yoga helps train the mind to remain focused, eventually for longer periods of time with less effort.
