I have been practising yoga since the mid-nineties, when I was a stressed out IT professional. In 2004, I undertook the Yoga Teacher Training with VYASA in Singapore and have been teaching ever since.
I have undertaken many trainings and workshops since then, including with Paul Grilley (Yin Yoga) and Vikas Malkani (Meditation) and Sally Parkes (Pre-natal Yoga).
My mission is to share the bliss of yoga with the world!
