I first started meditation practice when I discovered Yoga. Every year, I keep learning more techniques, and from that, I learn myself better and how to grow into a wholesome being. Incorporate meditation into Yoga makes the practice complete in a mind and body connection aspect.
Since music studies have been a significant part of my childhood, I am grateful to discover how healing and powerful sound can be in attaining a meditative state. By bringing these two of my passions together, I hope all of you can take off a journey of healing, self-discovery, transcendent, and full of joy.
