Elaine started yoga as a tool to stretch & release muscle tension after gym workout. After taking her first class with Lawerence in 2015, that hour practice shifted her intention on the mat and practice Upeksha method consistently.
Elaine is a RYT-200 yoga instructor, certified TRX trainer, reiki practitioner and sound healer. She has a strength-based asana practice and teaches asana with therapeutic approach. Her class focuses on body alignment, connecting breath & body movement, while ensuring the body is moving with stability.
Yoga helps her with anxiety & panic attack issues, since she stepped on the mat, it never come back. Recently she experienced the power of sound. She aspires to make positive impact to others by sharing her experience & passion.
