STRENGTH-45 and MOBILITY: a strategic, full body strength workout focused on muscular endurance, coordination and balance. Equipment suggested (dumbbells, soup cans, backpacks full of books, whatever you’ve got!), but not required. There are lots of modifications and choices along the way, so this is for all fitness levels! We spend the last 15 minutes of class working on mobility and stretches.
