Greetings Yogi !

So happy to have you join me on the mat for this very early morning flow! We will begin class by setting an intention and seated warm up. We will build heat in the body through sun salutations and exploring peak postures. Class will wind down with backbends, twisting postures and our restful mediation or shavasana (corpse pose). 

This flow will leave you feeling energized and prepared for the day ahead of you! BUT FIRST, we yoga!
