HIIT/CORE-60: HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, where we work for short periods of time super hard, rest and then do it again – alternating between max effort and complete recovery. This type of training allows us to speed up our metabolism, burn fat, and gain lean muscle.There are lots of modifications throughout the workout for everyone to feel successful! Lots of sweat, but LOTS of fun too! CORE: we utilize different movement patterns that mimic everyday life activities, helping to 3-dimentionally strengthen the muscles that support the spine. Geared towards functional movement, but also to shape and tone your midsection. The format of HIIT/CORE will change each week, but the focus remains the same of these two training concepts!
