HIIT 45: in this 45 minute class, we work for short periods of time super hard, rest and then do it again – alternating between max effort and complete recovery will allow us to speed up our metabolism, burn fat, and gain lean muscle. This HIIT class is longer than the average 30 minutes, but structured in a way to make you feel successful at the end. There are also lots of modifications and choices throughout the workout for all fitness levels are welcome! Lots of sweat AND lots of fun!
