HIIT: stands for High Intensity Interval Training. We work for short periods of time super hard, rest and then do it again – alternating between max effort and complete recovery. This type of training allows us to speed up our metabolism, burn fat, and gain lean muscle. There are lots of modifications throughout the workout for everyone to feel successful! Lots of sweat, but LOTS of fun too!
