BALANCE & STRETCH-30: fitting balance into your daily life may be easier than you think! This quick, 30-min format was designed to challenge our balance through standing and floor movements, as well as guided floor stretches to improve functionality of everyday-life tasks and activities. Working balance and flexibility has been shown to prevent injury, and increase the longevity of ligament function. A chair or stool is recommended as a prop for balance, but not necessary. Great for beginners, and anyone looking for a slower paced, functional class!
